Child’s Age
Our service is designed for children between the age of 5 and 8 years old. If your child is not aged between 5 and 8 years old, our program will not be able to target their specific needs and is therefore, not suitable for you.
2. Parental Involvement
Educating, equipping and empowering parents is a core component of the service provided by Literacy Advance. Parental participation is essential and parents are required to attend each session with their child. If attending sessions with your child and engaging with the learning process is not a possibility, then partnering with Literacy Advance is not suitable for you.
3. Initial Assessment
At Literacy Advance, we understand the importance of timely intervention and the right support. We also understand the significance of collecting the right data to inform instructional decisions. As such, prior to offering ongoing literacy sessions, we undertake a diagnostic literacy skills assessment to determine whether an ongoing partnership with Literacy Advance is the next best step.
The assessment takes 45 minute assessment and costs $140. If you meet all of the above criteria, please use the link below to book and pay for this initial assessment.
